Sample Showcase Format 

8:30am Check In

9:00am Intro (talk about what is expected and what the coaches will be looking for)

9:05am Stretch

9:20am Run 60yd. dash (outfielders, infielders, catchers, pitchers….in that order)

*When outfielders are done running they will get their arms loose

9:40am Outfielders throw from right field (3 to 3B and 3 to home)

*Infielders get arms loose during this time

9:55am Infielders will field from short stop and first basemen will take throws (2 at them, 1 to the left, 1 to the right, slow roller)

First basemen will take 3 behind the bag going to 2B (at them, right, left)

Then 2 holding runner on right at them, getting back to the bag

*Catchers will get arms loose during this time

10:15am Catchers throw down to 2B (4 throws)

10:30am Game

*3 teams of 10, one on defense, one in cages, and one hitting off machine. Everything played w/one out. All ten players will hit and then rotate. Defense to cages, cages to hit, hit to defense. You will go through three rotations. Pitchers will warm up before they throw in the game.
